Strategy 101 Canvas

Strategy Tools is a platform that brings different resources of tools for consultants, startups, and more!

In one of their courses, Introduction to Strategy, I learned about this canvas that shapes company growth through Key Performance Indicators. The entire process relies on a canvas that focuses on three areas of your company: The Core, The growth and The Exploration.

What is the purpose of using this canvas?

It aims towards creating a strategy that doesn’t lose your core abilities and what your company is known for, as well as allowing growth in that area and new ones.
