Lean Methodology
Not a new concept, but a forever evolving one (and that’s what i’m into).
The question you should always keep in mind when building anything is: “How can my [Business, product, service or process] provide more value?”. Through a process of constant check-ins and adaptation, the lean methodology, aims to achieve just that! By focusing on eliminating waste, improving customer value and continuously innovating, you can ensure impactful solutions.
What is it?
A system of management and production designed to eliminate waste while providing value. This is done by streamlining processes, finding ways to increase efficiency, and reducing costs.
How to apply it?
The businesses must first identify areas where there are inefficiencies or wastes, then develop strategies to address those issues. In order to identify these key opportunities, the business must map the entire process of interaction with the client or user. When I say the entire process, I mean every point of interaction, from awareness ( might be ads, conferences, email outreach) to purchase or use of the product.
What are the benefits of this method?
Using the lean methodology includes improved quality, increased efficiency, lower costs, better customer satisfaction, and improved overall productivity. Additionally, this method helps businesses become more agile and responsive while reducing time to market.
